I was referred to Mr. Brown by a friend.
That turned out to be one of the most helpful referrals that I have ever
received. They helped us with the last house that we owned, and when
it came time to purchase another home, we knew exactly who to call to
perform an inspection for us. Why have a brand new construction home
inspected? He found that the attic was not ventilated properly and
could decrease the life expectancy of my roof. They also found a few
little things that we would have never noticed. We gave the list to the
builder with our original punch list and everything was taken care of by
closing. My mother is a Realtor in this area, and she is now
referring clients to them because of their expertise in the area and
attention to detail. It is a scary thing to refer someone now days.

I was fortunate that I found Mr.
Brown’s service when I did. I knew Mr. Brown was an excellent builder in
Gallatin for many years, and I heard that he was also inspecting homes. I
was looking at an older home and, had it not have been for Mr. Brown’s
inspection, I would have bought it. Upon inspection, he found that there
were numerous issues that I would never have seen until it was too late. The
inspection fee was a drop in the bucket compared to what I would have lost
had I not had him inspect it. He found things that even my friend who had
built houses for 10 years didn’t find. I recommend him without hesitation,
and I won’t ever purchase a home without him checking it out. The savings
far outweighs the cost of the inspection.
