I was fortunate that I found Mr. Brown’s service when I did. I knew Mr. Brown was an excellent builder in Gallatin for many years, and I heard that he was also inspecting homes. I was looking at an older home and, had it not have been for Mr. Brown’s inspection, I would have bought it. Upon inspection, he found that there were numerous issues that I would never have seen until it was too late. The inspection fee was a drop in the bucket compared to what I would have lost had I not had him inspect it. He found things that even my friend who had built houses for 10 years didn’t find. I recommend him without hesitation, and I won’t ever purchase a home without him checking it out. The savings far outweighs the cost of the inspection.
